TRACKSIDE STATION

Trackside Station is the newest retail development coming to historic downtown Blue Ridge, one of North Georgia’s most desirable destinations. Facing W. Main Street and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, the distinctive large trusses are iconic and resonate with the surrounding architecture. This upscale development is one of the most easily identifiable and accessible points of interest for visitors to enjoy the best of Blue Ridge. 

 

In Phase 1, a two-story structure will serve as home to up to twelve retail shops, boutiques, galleries, or restaurants.  The terrace-level stone colonnade, expansive mezzanine level deck, and inviting covered breezeways grant generous circulation space.  These large outdoor spaces allow for shop-side seating and comfortable pedestrian traffic.  Retail space for merchants will soon be available with a selection of boutique spaces from 1705 SF to more than 6000 SF for larger retailers or eateries.

 

A large two-story parking deck for customers of the Trackside Station retailers is also included in Phase 1.  This convenience allows patrons can easily find a covered parking space with direct access to the shops and cafés.    

 

Phase 2 of TrackSide Station is a stand-alone 4534 SF single-story building with street front access to Depot Street suitable for the buildout of retail or professional offices.  Parking is easy for patrons with both street-side parking and direct access to the two-story parking deck.
